This research is sponsored by Glasgow Caledonian University and involves researchers and clinicians from Glasgow Caledonian University, the University of York (York Trials Unit), University College London, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and East London NHS Trust.
Additionally, this research involves a number of staff members at each of the NHS sites that are involved with this project, including the Principal investigator (PI), clinicians and R&D staff. Their involvement and contributions are vital in making this research possible.

Chief investigator / Professor of Nursing
Professor Liz Hughes is the Chief Investigator for this study. She has overall responsibility for the research and oversees the work of the researchers and managers for the moreRESPECT study. Liz is a mental health nurse by background and worked clinically in acute inpatient mental health settings, and drug and alcohol treatment services
Amanda Mongey
Lead Interventionist
Amanda Mongey is the lead interventionist for the moreRESPECT study. She is responsible for the training and supervision of the moreRESPECT interventionists. Amanda has a background in sexual health youth work.
